# How do I close my Troygold account?

To close your account, firstly sell all your holdings present in your savings account and withdraw the Rands from your ZAR account.

Once the above transaction has been completed, please contact us on [support@troygold.app](mailto:support@troygold.app), or click on Help in-app, to formally close your account.
