I've forgotten my passcode

What do you do if you forget the passcode that you set up on the Troy Gold mobile app?


Please contact support using the in-app chat interface so that we can work through the process of confirming your identity and resetting your passcode.


What does this process involve?


  • Passcodes are secure and secret. Even the Troy Gold team cannot view your passcode, so it cannot be retrieved if you forget it.

  • Passcodes can be reset if they are forgotten. Please contact support through the in-app chat to request a passcode reset.

  • The Troy Gold team will then attempt to reach you on a verified channel to confirm your identity and you request. This will typically be a phone call.

  • Confirmation is important so that we know the request is definitely coming from you.


What happens when it's done?


  • After contacting you, your passcode will be reset as soon as possible on the day of your request.

  • After logging into the app using your mobile number, you can set a new passcode and access your account as usual.
